Judicial Dictatorship This Report Serves Book Review

After all, Ernesto Miranda who was the namesake of the Miranda Rights was a rapist and a guilty one at that. He was retried after his confession was tossed and he was re-convicted as were many of the other people that had their convictions overturned at the same time. However, others were never re-tried and it's safe to say that at least some of them were guilty. Conclusion

In the end, criminals that know they are guilty are abusing the system but police and other law enforcement people have done the same thing and many innocent people have rotted in prison as a result. it's an imperfect system. However, the concepts and questions raised by Bridwell and Quirk are certainly valid and worthy or review. After all, Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and cannot be removed. While many may point to the fact that this is necessary to protect them from removal due to disagreement with their acts and decisions, it goes without saying and is not all that opinionated to say that the Supreme Court has validated some atrocious laws and ways of thinking over the court of its history and it's entirely too political when justices always seem to be voting either liberal or conservative on the same exact...

Even with the necessary and proper protections that the Fourth Amendment can and should be allowed to manifest on citizens, there are no doubt unscrupulous people, including Supreme Court justices themselves, that have crossed the line between calling a case as the Founders truly would and trying to play on fairness or politics instead.
